      I'm having trouble getting a tack into the posterior mandible. What do you suggest?

      The offset tack applicator will allow you the room to position the tack in the posterior mandible or maxilla.

      NOTE

      If you are having trouble getting the tack through the dense bone of the posterior mandible, we recommend the use of a 3 or 4mm wide head screw instead of a membrane tack (which can bend or break with dense bone).
